No one cares much about health or how they're going to age when they're younger, it's part of basic human nature. But once you hit those late 20s or early 30s, things like "age spots" or "age wrinkles" definitely start to creep up on you from the back of your mind. There are countless products online that are "guaranteed" to give your skin a more youthful look, but how many of those products actually work?
Answer: not many. Especially if you don't know how to do your homework or what exactly it is that you need to cure your age or acne spots.
Let's face it, majority of products just don't work. Just short of injecting actual Human Growth Hormone, which is ridiculously expensive, you aren't going to be getting crazy results from many things you buy. I'm starting this blog to give you an idea of what does and doesn't work as advertised, and hopefully you'll have similar success as me when pulling the trigger on something to help with your less than perfect skin or obvious face wrinkles.
It doesn't matter if it's skin cream or some type of facial or body lotion, if you see a product advertised here, it's legit and definitely worth the money spent on it. Most of the time you'll find a trial version to give you an idea of how it works. Does Cleaning Your Face Too Much Cause Acne?
Skin-care beliefs, myths, and smooth-out off the wall thinking are as ample
as cleaners in a drugstore. Some are long-guarded beliefs passed down for
generations with no real scientific basis, including the opinion that being squeaky-clean is a "good thing". Thankfully for modern technology and scientific research, we can separate facts and opinions on what products or routines do and don't work.
Fact: Overzealous face cleansing, whether more than twice per day or with products that keep your skin layer as tight as a drum, can actually cause damage. Thus you must avoid cleansers that have harsh surfactants, which clear skin of too much oil and leave it so dry that it seems like a solid polished surface.
Instead of these, look for gentler washing agents, which can be sugar-based or derived from coconut oil. They could takeoff makeup but nonetheless keep skin’s flexibility. And if you are using cleansing during the night, a fast dash of cool water alone will suffice each morning. If you tend to workout early, then be sure to cleanse afterwards since sweat from working out can clog pores. For noon greasiness, try oil-blotting papers or waterless washing wipes.
These are all great skin care practices and should be used consistently to improve your chances of having healthy looking skin from day-to-day while lowering the sudden acne breakouts that you experience.

Which Products To Use For Skin Care?
There are a ton of things on the market when it comes to aging skin care lotions and creams, ranging from acne all the way to anti-aging. The problem is using the right ones that are actually effective instead of the ones that costs tons of money and do absolutely nothing for your skin.
I'll be blogging about the different products I come across to give an idea, or review of some sorts, as to how effective each product is. Check back with me from time to time if you're looking for that one thing to give you an aesthetic edge that you've always wanted to recently lost. Thanks for reading.
